The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis has staffed and supported parishes in the diocese of Ciudad Guayana in Venezuela since 1970. These "Did you know?" papers are designed to give you a better understanding of life in Venezuela and to strengthen connections between the parishes of the Archdiocese and their Archdiocesan Mission during our 50th anniversary year. Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis: A comprehensive resource to find help for those in need. The mission of Catholic Charities is to serve those most in need and to advocate for justice in the community. NET Ministries challenges young Catholics to love Christ and embrace the life of the Church. Every August, 175 young Catholics aged 18-28 leave behind their jobs, school, family, and friends to devote nine months to serving with the National Evangelization Teams (NET). NET Ministries fulfills its mission by:

Knights of Columbus: A fraternal men’s organization based on the founding principles of charity, unity and fraternity. The Knights was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works. |
