Father Michael M. Arms, Pastor, ext. 118  [email]

Father Mike is pictured here with "the Boys", Bailey and Drake, his Yellow Labradors.  They love people and would welcome a visit and a friendly pat (no food please!).  Their “pad” is out behind the garages off the south entrance to the parking lot.

 

Father’s full name is Michael Meagher (his mom’s maiden Irish name from Mitchellstown, County Cork, Ireland) Arms. He is the “caboose” of six kids–3 boys and 3 girls—from south Minneapolis and Incarnation parish.  After 8 years at Incarnation Catholic Grade School, under the careful eye of the Dominican Sisters, he went to St. Thomas Academy High School, Nazareth Hall and St. Paul Seminary for philosophy and theology training.  He was ordained in 1968.  His assignments have all been in parish ministry; Cathedral as an Associate (1968-1975), Maternity of Mary as an Associate (1975-1977), St. Peter’s in Mendota as Pastor (1977-1989), and Guardian Angels in Lake Elmo as Pastor (1989-1997).  All in St. Paul or the St. Paul suburbs!  He officially began his ministry here on July 1, 1997.

Tim is responsible for business functions of the church, finance and stewardship, budget, insurance, cemetery and the day to day operations of the buildings.  He is an ex-officio member of the Finance and Stewardship Commission and the Parish Pastoral Council.  [top]

 

Marguerite Lamers, Administrative Secretary, ext. 110     [email]

Marguerite is responsible for the parish census, contribution records, and secretarial services.  She publishes the parish bulletin, prepares worship aids, all parish-wide mailings, and is also support staff for St. Patrick Cemetery. [top]

 

Pam Lippert, Receptionist, ext. 100     [email]
Pam is responsible for parish office hospitality to visitors and on the phone, baptism registration, parish sacramental records, ordering office supplies, the parish activity calendar, and secretarial support as needed.  She is also the staff liaison for the Parish Life Commission. [top]

 

Rita Stiff, Administrative Aide, ext. 111
Rita is our part-time “Gal Friday”.  She assists the entire staff whenever and wherever needed. [top]

 

Jeff Reich, Maintenance  [email]

Jeff is responsible for all maintenance/custodial throughout the parish, including the set-up and take down of Shamrock Hall, upkeep of grounds and maintenance of parish equipment, inventory and purchase of church, kitchen and cleaning supplies.  He also provides care and maintenance of St. Patrick's cemetery grounds.   [top]

 

Erin O'Leary, Director of Faith Formation, ext. 105 [email]

Erin is responsible for all parish faith formation programs and Sacramental preparation; birth to adult.  Formation programs include family programs, adult catechesis, retreats, ALPHA, VBS and youth ministry.  She leads the formation coordinators, Faith Formation Commission and other volunteers in visioning and guiding catechesis for St. Patrick's. Steve Richter, Youth and Confirmation Coordinator, ext. 108 [email]

Steve acts as our youth minister for grades 6-12 and coordinates formation and sacramental preparation for grades 7-12.  This includes coordinating service programs, mission trips, summer camps and social programs for youth along with the family faith formation for those ages. [top]

 

Linda Levi, Formation Assistant, ext. 106 [email]

Linda is responsible for helping our formation programs run smoothly through maintaining the spaces, records, materials and supplies, setting up our room environments and completing other tasks as needed [top]

 

Rosemary Desmond FSPA, Director of Liturgy and Music, ext. 101    [email]

Rosemary is responsible for all aspects of music and liturgical planning at St. Patrick's parish.  She directs the choirs and is in charge of all instrumental and vocal music. [top]

 

Jeanne Franson, Sacristan, ext. 107

Jeanne is responsible for the care of the worship space environment, vestments and linens, vessels, greenery, and other items used in worship, and for inventory and purchase of liturgical supplies.  She assists at funerals, consults with couples on liturgical environment for weddings, and supervises the ministry of wedding coordinator. Pat Williams,  Director of Pastoral Care, Justice and Outreach, ext. 103 [email]
Pat coordinates hospital and homebound visits, BeFriender ministry, funeral and bereavement ministry.  She works with pre-marriage couples, A Community Caring for Life, Sister Parish and the Parish Nurse Program.  Pat also is a member of the Sowers of Justice and helps with other parish ministries of charity and justice.[top]

 

Peg Johnston, Parish Nurse

Peg coordinates our parish health ministry in providing education, health counseling, information and referral for community resources and services, and presence and prayer, with health ministry volunteers. [top]
